Inclusive extra not working (TNT Sports)

I switched from my roam inclusive extra to my TNT sports extra and got told to wait 24 hours for a text from 150 on how to set it up. It has been well over 24 hours and I am yet to receive a text.

Is there a way for me to access it or get 150 to resend the text?

I have a similar issue.  I have had the text but it says experiencing technical difficulties when I follow the link.  I have just looked in my account and it isn't showing  as active.

Are you connected to WiFi when clicking the link?

The text says I have to wifi deactivated if using apple?

If you are not connected to WiFi and continue to see this error when following the link I would recommend getting in touch with our customer care team.

I've just tried again and it has now let me activate.  Not sure what the problem was earlier. Thankyou

I have activated my tnt but it asks me to login in I have this as an inclusive extra. And was logged in up until coupe weeks ago. I have activated it as when I try to activate again it says activated but it will not let me log in
