Inclusive extra not working (TNT Sports)

I switched from my roam inclusive extra to my TNT sports extra and got told to wait 24 hours for a text from 150 on how to set it up. It has been well over 24 hours and I am yet to receive a text.

Is there a way for me to access it or get 150 to resend the text?

My Discovery+/TNT Sports Inclusive Extra add on was working fine until I swapped it for abroad roaming, When I swapped it back it now tells me that I need to upgrade my membership to watch live sports on the app.

Just to be sure, since re-adding this, have you headed back over to ee.co.uk/TNTSports to get the subscription activated?

I also have this same problem 

I have the tnt sports inclusive extra active on my account but it’s been well over 24 hours and I haven’t received a text yet. 

How do I set it up?

Hi @Abdikadz 

Welcome to the community.

Can you try to head over to ee.co.uk/tntsports and follow the steps on there to see if you can activate the TNT Sports subscription.

I'd recommend doing it on mobile data, rather than WiFi, and if you are using an Apple device and encounter an error, try another browser.
