Hello @Lomodavid123
If your having problems with your phone then it will need to be repaired - Link for Repairs here - EE Repairs or you can go direct to the Manufacturer for your phone to be repaired.
You can't change your phone for a different one just because you don't like it.
If you want a new phone then you will need to Pay off the Contract or if you got your Phone on a Flexi Device Plan or pay for an Upgrade if it gives you that option.

I feel for ya. Just got the s23 fe and it feels worse than the s20 fe I just swapped from as my s22 was stolen. That was an improvement from my last hand set but I got told the new s23 fe was newer n better. I dropped my s20fe and needed a phone so took advice. Using the ee app takes forever to load new page. It was instant on a 4 year old phone. It makes no sense. But we are stick with what we have now I think.. we just have to suck it up like a buttercup lol hope you manage to get used to it and make mise of a bad decision. ☺️

I know this is an old post but i felt exaxtly the same with the s23 coming from the s21fe im stuck in contract 9nly 8 months in but my s23 sits in a box and ive gone back to my s21 fe which i should have stuck with and honestly i preferred my s10 to the s21, I always said id never go apple but this last couple of galaxys phones are making me consider going to the other side and i e been with galaxy 'S' series since the S4!
Disappointing
