Inclusive Extras - is it still possible to change every 30 days?

EE used to allow this but apparently this is not the case any more.

Can anyone confirm?

Once you've chose, you can change your Inclusive Extra thereafter every 30 days.

It can take up to 24 hours for your new Inclusive Extra to activate.
