tnt unable to access

I have the TNT sports add-on, I followed the steps of texting sport to 150 and so on but when I go onto the discovery+ website and try to watch sports it tells me about upgrading, then I tried to activate discovery+ but it says I have nothing to activate, any help is appreciated

Are you able to gain access to discovery+ or is this when you are presented with an error message?

Did you receive a link when you text SPORT to 150?

I can log into discovery+ but no matter what I click on either live sport or a TV series it tells me about upgrades, as for the 150 text it tells me I already have TNT sports and I get a link to activate it but when I go onto that link it says I have nothing to activate

I'm not sure what could be causing this. 

Has our customer care team tried removing the add-on from your account and then reapplying it?

I haven't spoken to customer care, I just came here to get a little advice, I was thinking about just waiting until next month to take it off and put it back on
