Hi there,
You can check your insurance by going to Add Ons in the My EE App and selecting the correct mobile line, go to plans and subscriptions and scroll down till you see the add ons. Click device health and insurance should pop up.
Alternatively, you can call EE on 150 from a EE number and select the insurance team option (wait times may very)
