Inclusive Extra TNT sports has stopped working

I have had bt sport as an add on and now tnt sports for years, it is activated and been working fine, tonight opened the app and when I try watch something it asks me to ‘view passes’ and then leads me to paying for a subscription, very odd.

 I’ve tried to sign in and out and delete the app and re download with no fix.

 I also read some of the other issues people have with the tnt sports and clicked a link that takes me to sign into bt where it says im activated for tnt and then to make it weird i can click a link and watch tnt sports through my browser, won’t let me put it on full screen though, really frustrating with a big weekend of sport ahead.

any advice?
