Inclusive Add Ons

Hi,

 

I’ve recently changed my inclusive extra from the roaming pass to Netflix but discovered it’s not gonna work for me as my parents are an extra member and don’t want them being removed from my existing account - so can I now change my inclusive extra to Apple Music - it’s not letting me do this online?

Welcome to the Community. 

Usually you can only change your inclusive allowance once every 30 days. You can try select your inclusive allowance by texting PICK to 150. 

Failing that you may need to call Customer Service on 150 to explain, so they can manually change it for you.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
