I've recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy S23 but, when I go onto the promotion site to claim the free gifts (£100 cashback, Samsung Earbuds), it asks for a Place of Purchase. However, EE is not an option on the drop-down menu. Has anyone else had this issue and how did you get around it? Thank you!

If you head over to this Samsung portal, you'll be able to claim your gifts. 🙂

Thank you for replying. That's where I've been trying to put the details in but EE is not on the drop-down list for Place of Purchase. I'm guessing I select BT instead given they are coming together with EE?

HI NIt sure if this helps, you have to on the samsung promotions web site and register your request, they ask for proof of purchase to be sent, i sent the delivery doc, but they rejested that , i contacted ee and they sent a letter, but ironically my claim was rejected as i was told the the S23 ULtra was not part of the offer, so i have had to contact ee to get them to listen to the call, as i made sure as lost out 2 years ago whith a similar offer on the s21, you can also try this number if it helps 03316300436 samsung web site is samsungoffers.claim hope that helps

Hi @Christopher_G @Christopher. I'm kinda stuck on the same claim page. But mine is with it asking how much I paid for the phone. Obviously its monthly.. I put in the up front cost bust it says too low

Update. Advised phone not part if promotion. Called ee they advised not aware of offer lol. Listened to my call. Confirmed mis sold advised return phone or take 10 monthly deduction. Ee mis sold this then denied the promotion was valid or even existed. Lol. They now say any offers takea screen shot just in case 4 evidence. Ps poor service poor attitude and mis selling promotions. Make sure its part of promotion prior to getting

Does it say the full cost of the phone on your order confirmation or proof of purchase? If you enter that amount in, it should be accepted.
