Joining the community will not enable you to order an Xbox, as that counts as an accessory, and you need to either have a phone contract or sim only contract to order any accessory.
If you do not have either one or the other of these, then you will have to get it elsewhere, and even if you decided to have a phone or sim contract, it would also depend on your credit rating even for either I have mentioned, as EE do a credit check.
