How to claim my Galaxy 6 watch with s23 ultra?

As of today in ee shop the galaxy s23 ultra is advertised as coming with a free watch 6.

How do i claim this please?

If you give us a call on 150 the team can check your account and make sure everything is set up for the watch to be dispatched within the 30 days.

Make sure you have dpd installed on your phone.

I'm the same. I got the S23 Ultra last month and told it will be sent to me in 14 days. I've heard nothing and EE told me I need to contact Samsung and request it. They said I should get an email from Samsung to click.it and request it.

Samsung said EE send it and get back to them. I called EE and they said I sshouldget it automatically. 

What do I do? It's been more than 14 days too.

EE sales have told me to call Samsung and Samsung told me to call EE.

EE said I should get an email from Samsung and I order it from there. Nobody seems to know what to do. What is meant to happen?

I am sorry for the confusion regarding the watch when you have called. 

If you purchased before the 28 September, you don't need to do anything to claim your free gift. It will be sent to your home address 15-30 days after you purchased your phone.
