How to claim my Galaxy 6 watch with s23 ultra?

As of today in ee shop the galaxy s23 ultra is advertised as coming with a free watch 6.

How do i claim this please?

Afternoon James.

I'm still waiting on my watch to be delivered from an order on the 28/9/2023. My number was ported over from O2. I've just been in contact with EE who advised me to contact Samsung customer services, even though I explained in the terms and conditions it states it will be sent automatically. This hasn't happen, and have finally started to chase it up  only to be given conflicting way to claim to what was stated on the website. Of which I have a screenshot of, which is attached. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciate. Thanks Peter

Is any normal mod here. ? Im here to ask because i dont understand that webside u all sending me to and still txt me link to chek webside... even when on my 1st question i mention when i upgrade my phoe they still ask me when i upgrade my phone. Lol
