As of today in ee shop the galaxy s23 ultra is advertised as coming with a free watch 6.

How do i claim this please?

The link that has been provided by @Leanne_T is the Samsung claim link. 

If you have purchased a Samsung S23 or Samsung S23 Ultra between 8th November 2023 - 25th January 2024 you will need to process your claim by visiting that website. 

You will be able to claim Samsung Buds FE and £100 cash back.

I bought s23 ultra in June last year. Despite continuous visits to the store, calls to EE and Samsung I still havent received the Galaxy Watch I was supposed to with the purchase. I was told it would directly be delivered to the registered address and I don't need to do anything to claim it. It has been more than 06 months and I still have no idea what to do. 

How do I go about this?

Welcome to the community. Was it definitely June that you took the contract out? I can see a similar promotion in August last year? Could you double-check your dates please?

Hi, yes it was 19th of June, 2023. I just double checked the dates.

There was a promotion between 26 May 2023 - 29 June 2023 where customers who ordered the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra should receive a Samsung Watch 5 automatically to their billing address. Could that be the one?

Yes, that was the promotional offer at the time of purchase.
