Hi,
I'm trying to access my EE perk account. I've reset the password then immediately logged in, but I'm still getting the message that my account has been deactivated as I've not registered within the given time frame. How do I go about reactivating this?

In April this year when I was upgrading my phone in store. I have been to ee shops so many times since then but they're saying they can't help which is a shame as I'm a valuable customer.

My EE perks is deactivated, as above I didn't complete account set up within time. I have tried resetting password etc but still showing account deactivated

I have the same issue it’s saying my account has been deactivated even though it asked me to reset password and now I can’t re register as email already used can someone help please.
