Hi,
I'm trying to access my EE perk account. I've reset the password then immediately logged in, but I'm still getting the message that my account has been deactivated as I've not registered within the given time frame. How do I go about reactivating this?

I can't sign in either it's giving me the same message about deactivated account. I'm a teacher and want to upgrade my phone but want to use my 20% discount. How can I get my account reactivated?

I am also unable to access my account as it says the account has been deactivated as my registration was not completed within the allowed time frame. Can you please help? I am an nhs employee and want to upgrade my phone asap? 🙏 thanks
