Welcome to the community.
You add the code to the discounts section when you take out a new contract or upgrade. If you're doing it over the phone or in store, you just give the perk code at that point too.

I've just renewed my 24 month SIM and they wouldn't add my PERK discount to my deal. Is this correct and if so, why isn't this publicised?

Did you provide a new perk account when you upgraded?
Is the plan already discounted?

If you are within the first 30 days of the contract and have the perk code, please call us on 150 to look into getting this applied 🙂

Codes are not applicable with this plan. Whatever plan i add and try to use the code it gives me the same error message which is very frustrating.
