One of my add ons is a media package, so this month I’ve switched my Apple Music to bt sport or now it’s called tnt sports, it won’t work, it keeps telling I need to upgrade from a lite pack, can someone please help me, it’s very annoying and I want to watch the football tomorrow afternoon. Just to add I’m not watching it in the tv or casting it, it is just on my phone. I’ve also logged out and logged back in, I’ve also logged back into my ee account to make sure that’s the package I’ve picked, all that is good , just don’t know what else to do. Please help!

He just got me to make a discovery+ account which i had already done, it wouldn’t work, I signed in again about 3 times and then it just came on, and I said to him “what did you do?” He just said “nothing really”, but he said he’s had to do that for quite a few people, he said because I’d done everything already, the only thing left was to keep logging in and out, which to be fair I had already done about 20 times. My personal opinion, wait it out and keep trying it, I’m not saying that’ll work for everyone, don’t bother ringing technical, go into store, if there’s something not quite right I’m sure they’ll sort it, just a shame there’s a technical advice number and it’s about as helpful as a chocolate fire guard, never used to be, I’ve always found EE technical very helpful, but this time time is the first time I’ve rung up and not been able to understand properly what they are saying due to there English being very basic (that was 3 different people) also telling me it was something I was doing and I needed to sort it with discovery+, in the end it was an EE employee who fixed it, hope this is of some help to anyone reading it.

I am having same problem and cannot watch the football, just going around in circles. Terrible service and no EE store locally to fix the Discovery+ activation.

If you are unable to visit your local EE Store I would recommend speaking with our technical care team who have the access to run a full a diagnostics and ensure everything is set correctly on your account.
