I'm trying to claim my free google one premier that I received with my up grade but keeps telling me their is technical issues!!

Yes. But I click on link, put my phone number & receive my one time passcode, put this in & it comes up "we are having technical issues, try again later"

Could you try the passcode on both mobile data and WiFi please? Also, make sure any VPNs are switched off.

I have exactly the same issue.
15 phone calls to 150 have not provided any answer. One agent told me there has been an ongoing issues with addons like netflix etc that has lasted over a year and the solution was to just wait and see and hopefully in a few weeks it might work. - - -all the while paying for a tariff with the add on that cant be used. The vast majority of the technical team at EE have no idea what im talking about when i mention google one, and usually put me though to google or just say it has nothing to do with ee. its been painful trying to get this sorted and noone at EE is willing to take ownership and say we have screwed up here and here is how we are going to put it right. I will not be renewing my business contracts with EE again.

Thanks for coming to the community, I am sorry you have been unable to activate the Inclusive Extra.
Do you have the Google One add-on showing as active in your EE app?
If so, can you enter the number on the www.ee.co.uk/googleone site to get set up, does this work for you?
