I cancelled my EE contract at the end of August and had Game Pass and Netflix included as add-ons, but my both accounts are still showing as subscribed and managed by EE. How can I get these properly deactivated?

When you requested cancellation in August, has your service for this number now fully cancelled / switched to another provider?
Also are the two services you've mentioned still working, or are you unable to renew them?

Yep, number fully switched to new provider on 3rd Sept and I received a final bill credit from EE on 13th Sept.
Netflix and Game Pass are still working and I don't have any option to cancel them - both services say they're managed by EE. Netflix example:

But my EE account errors out when I follow the flow to manage the subscriptions, presumably because that account is closed:

Hi @Peter_W, yes I'm still having the same issue. Netflix and Game Pass are both still active and showing as managed by EE. Thanks.
