I’ve just received a message from EE saying the following;
As a Full Works plan customer, you deserve the best from your plan.
So, from today we're giving you all the benefits of Apple One, which bundles together Apple Music, Apple TV+, Apple Arcade and iCloud+.
You don't have to pay any extra, and you'll have access to even more Apple services to enjoy from now on.
I never had apple one as one of my benefits before so does anyone know if this cancels out my other ones now and if so, should it be listed under the benefits section in my account. Because at the moment it still showing the three that I had before (Apple Music, Apple TV and BT sport).

I had BT Sport and this was fine afterwards. Still listed as a benefit and everything works as it should.

I have done this and spoke to Cameron who hasn’t helped at all. I’ve been charged £16.95 trying to restore my Apple Music and have now had to send ee a copy of the charge to credit me rather than refund me, now I cannot access Apple Music nor bt sport or add any other or amend any of my swappables of which I get 3.
why am I paying for a full works plan at £65+ vat if nothing works now.
I didn’t ask for ee to cancel my Apple Music and change it it apple one which doesn’t work either. Your advice of calling 150 doesn’t help as they don’t know how to fix the issue. Now I have no music and down £16.95

Hi @Johnnymac16.
Thanks for getting back to us.
I am sorry to hear this is happening and that you are now unable to access any of your swappable benefits.
