Free xbox gold game pass ultimate text not sent to me

ive had my ultimate bundle now which included the 12 month free xbox gold game pass. but I was supposed to have received a text after 14 days as per the terms, but nothing.

how do I get this text I've missed a few months on this already.

If it's been more than 14 days, I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team.
