Free Samsung Glaxay Bud with S25

Is anyone still waiting for the link to claim their Samsung ear buds? I ordered my S25 in Janiary, received a text on 4th February to say I was eligible and will receive a link to claim in 45 days but still not received this. I spoke to someone via chat 2 weeks ago and they confirmed I was eligible and will hopefully hear back soon but still not had anything.

In this case, please give us a call on 150 and the team will get the texts looked into see what is needed to get this sorted 🙂

When did you place the order for the Samsung S25?

Hi Michael,

I ordered the Samsung S25 on 31st January and I received the confirmation text for the ear buds on 4th February.

Did you receive another text message with a link and voucher to redeem the Galaxy Buds3? This would have taken you to the EE Store to place the order?

I havent received any further text messages regarding the galaxy buds since 4th February advising of 45 days until I receive further communication on it.

After two months of waiting and all agents saying that i should be getting a text ,and trying to cancel my line or get the buds I just got told by ee that im not eligible for the earbuds because I bought my phone outright.

Weird thing is I got a text to claim the galaxy watch which im not eligible for because I purchased my phone before the 7th.

Please could you tell me why I am not eligible for the earbuds. I bought them outright on the 3rd  or 4th of February. Before the promotion ended.

After 2 months of trying to terminate my line because I wasn't receiving any text , and all the retention team trying to help me get the buds I just got told im not eligible for them because I bought them outright.  But your website said with any purchases of Samsung s25 series.

The weird thing is If I bought it outright and im not eligible for the earbuds, how come I got a text to claim the galaxy watch, which im not eligible for because I bought my phone before the 7th of February.

It definitely sounds like there's some confusion somewhere, especially if you've been told different things when contacting our team directly for support. 

I would suggest opening a complaint using the complaints webform. This way our team can double check if you are eligible, and review all the notes left by our team.
