Hello, I purchased my Samsung S23 ultra yesterday (27/02/23) in store on the high street.  Today, a friend of mine was speaking to me about the device and stated that they were interested in transferring to EE as there was a current offer where you receive a free pair of Galaxy Buds2 Pro. I was completely unaware of this offer as I was not informed and did not receive them in store. Am I still eligible for the earbuds or is this an online deal only?

If I am eligible how would I go about claiming them?

Hi Vicky did you get your ear buds I've been waiting since 28th of March contacted 150 on the 9th May and still not received any I think it's an EE con trick kind regards Winteroats.

If you haven't received them you will need to ring up ee they are there to help

Keep doing that but had no luck thinking about stopping my standing order as I only got the phone from EE for free ear buds the customer service seems quite shocking and poor quality l have had issues with them before best going into shop deal with them face to face.
