I am unable to log in to ee perks it’s says my account has been deactivated still. I spoke with someone who said it would be reset. I want to upgrade my phone but I can’t with out the code

I've checked my messages and the Perk team reset it yesterday. Could you try registering from scratch for a new Perk account please?
