Hi,
I have recently added office 365 as one of my 3 smart benefits. I have received the text message to set it up. I input my mobile number and receive the pin, enter pin, then always get an error saying "We are experiencing technical problems right now, please try again later" tried many times on mobile and on laptop.
Anyone else had this issue?

If this has been happening for longer thatn 24 hours, I recommend speaking to our mobile care team so we can check everything from our side.
