Hello,

I work for a company that is part of EE Perks and, as I am already an EE customer, I would have liked to take advantage of the discounts. However, after I have created an EE Perks account using my company email and adding my personal one, I am unable to validate it, because I did not receive any confirmation email from EE.

I have  already asked to send the email again several times, with no success. Also, yes, I have checked the spam folder.

 

Please help me

Welcome to the community.

Is it possible for you to try doing this on a different device or browser? Or using a different personal email address (if you have another one)?

Yes, I have just tried, but nothing seemed to work (still no confirmation emails in the mail inbox or spam).
