Hello, I purchased my Samsung S23 ultra yesterday (27/02/23) in store on the high street. Today, a friend of mine was speaking to me about the device and stated that they were interested in transferring to EE as there was a current offer where you receive a free pair of Galaxy Buds2 Pro. I was completely unaware of this offer as I was not informed and did not receive them in store. Am I still eligible for the earbuds or is this an online deal only?
If I am eligible how would I go about claiming them?

James I was told in the EE shop where i bought by phone I had to go onto Samsing Reward Hub and enter my IMI to claim my earbuds. I cant find this so can you help.please

It will be sent out to you automatically you do not need to do anything and it says anytime between 15-30 days

I bought my Samsung back In March and still haven’t had my earbuds but was promised delivery in 30 days how do I escalate please?

If you have not received your Earbuds within 30 days from receiving your device please give our customer care team a call on 150.
