Free 6 month Apple TV activation help

I am a pay monthly SIM only (android) EE customer and have subscribed to free 6 months Apple TV. I went through the process and on my EE app account it shows when this bonus will expire. My TV is Samsung smart and has the AppleTV app, but I have not code from EE so unable to use as apple TV ask for my apple ID to use. How can I log into Apple TV?

I'm trying it on my work ipad. 

Ive signed out of apple but its not giving an option for a new Id as described in the 'help' information

Hi Leanne,

It turns out, i needed an existing email address that hadn't ever been associated with apple. 

Nobody at EE explained that to me. 

They made me think i was creating an email address right there and then. 

All sorted now but so much stress for something that sorted been so simple!
