I am a pay monthly SIM only (android) EE customer and have subscribed to free 6 months Apple TV. I went through the process and on my EE app account it shows when this bonus will expire. My TV is Samsung smart and has the AppleTV app, but I have not code from EE so unable to use as apple TV ask for my apple ID to use. How can I log into Apple TV?

During the setup process, you would have been asked to supply an existing Apple ID or create a new one.
Please use this to log in to the app.

I need an activation code to link the Apple account and EE account? I have asked for this from EE, but all I get back is that my free trial will expire in July, but still not code.

I can see that stage/step 2 is missing. I am waiting on the text with the activation link.

I have text asking for this link, but 150 just text back the expiry date of my 6 months plan for Apple TV.

When you activated Apple TV+ did you receive a text message with a link to complete the set up?

I am having a similar issue. I received a link via a text message. When clicking the link it just directs me to the Apple TV home page and the offer in the banner is free for just 7 days. So I don't think the link is going to the correct place. Tried on different Apple devices. I've never used a similar offer or add on.
I tried texting TV PLUS to 150 but it just gives me an expiry date as mentioned above.
