I currently work for i registered for the 30 percent off but when ever i log in its saying account deactivated . Can anyone help with this please .

Hi, I have now signed up for EE mobile, through my BT intranet site.  The discount is 50%, which was confirmed in the email received from EE.  But looking on the MY EE pages the full price is showing up on the first payment.  Is there something else I need to do, so that the discount is applied?
