Ee perks

Getting very frustrated with this. I had the perks finally set up despite being unable to  log into account - going round in circles - email correct, password  correct but states account not recognised so try and make new account and it says this account already exists! Try resetting password but no email ever comes through?? Been trying for months now to get perks discount reinstated as had message saying it is coming to an end and to renew. Went into store and was told they have nothing to do with the perks so can't help! Now at the point of looking around elsewhere and leaving ee ( been here since it was 121 so many years).
