Good afternoon 

I have requested my perks, says email has been sent but nothing received. I have checked with our trust emails that has not been quarantined etc but it hasnt. I am now wondering if my email is wrong. Please can you assist

It is the code so I can claim 20% off bill. Tbh whenever I have requested it I have never received it, but I would like to ensure I get it this time.

Have you registered with the Perk Portal?

Was assuming so when I joined ee years ago. When in store the other day they told me to go onto ee perks.

What happens if you log into the EE Perk Portal using the email and password you set up for the account?

It logs me in and tell me all correct information so please why am I not receiving the code?

The code will be within the Perk account this would not be emailed to you. 

You would need to generate the code from the perk portal.

I'm so confused. I have requested the code which then says will be sent to email. The customer service person even showed me how to do this. However I have not received the code.

Could you attach a screenshot of the perk portal where you generate the code please? @Kcoles
