Morning
im due an upgrade as of today and I’m trying to access my account to obtain a code. Unfortunately my password won’t reset. I’ve pressed forgotten password tab. I have inputted my email and haven’t recieved a link to help reset the account.
can you help

Have you checked the junk/spam folders, in your email?

I’ve tried it with both my work and personal and I don’t receive anything via the link. Very frustrating.

Did you check your spam/junk email folders?
Does your account show as deactivated when you attempt to login?

my account isn’t showing deactivated and the email has not arrived in my work or personal spam/junk mailboxes either.
