I want to upgrade to the large screen add on, when I text sport to 150 it doesn't give me this option, how do I add it

What reply do you get when you text SPORT to 150? 

If you log into your My EE and select add-ons, which BT Sport add-on is showing?

When I text it says I have BT sport ultimate as a smart benefit. When I go on the app, it says that the smart benefit is selected but I can't see any further add ons on my EE
