I have been trying to purchase a new phone plan today and the screen has got stuck numerous times.  I can now see that a large amount has been taken from my account 3 times from EE.  I've received no email, nothing to say that the order was successful apart from the fact the money has now gone.  

I then tried to go to the contact pages to contact someone and every time I get a blank page with 400 BAD REQUEST at the top?? What is going on??

@KshanP   Try deleting your browser history and cookies.     I recommend though that you call customer services about this but you’ll need to do this tomorrow as they close at 9pm
