Ee perks login

Hi team. I have been experiencing some difficulties into login to my perks account. I have had registered for EE perks however I am not able to access it anymore. Have tried password reset but email doesn't come through to my work email, it's not in my inbox neither spam box. Could you please help me.

What error message are you getting when you try to log in? Are you definitely using the correct email address that you signed up with?

Thank you very much and thank you for a quick response, that's much appreciated.

Receiving message saying that log in details are invalid/not recognised. Yes I am using my work email address that I had signed up with originally.
