Hi,
I registered for EE Perks, but have issues with the password to access the portal and reset emails do not appear to sent.

Welcome to the community.
If you are not getting the password reset emails, we may need to get the account removed so you can register again for Perk.
I've popped you over a private message to take some details to send to the Perk team.

You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.
Have you checked your spam/junk and any quarantine email folders first.
