How do I reactivate ee perks account? I've have tried several times in work but it has locked me out. I'm off on maternity leave now so won't be able to access work emails from home. What can I do?

Has your account been locked because your entered and incorrect password or are you seeing a 'account deactivated' error message?

I entered the wrong password and then believe I didn't reactivate the account quickly enough. Even when I was trying to reset password and was changing it, I couldn't gain access and it was saying account deactivated. I'm not in work now so am.unable to do anything at the moment.

Hi @ESM,
If your account has been deactivated, we can arrange for it to be removed from the portal so you can re-register.
In order to re-register, you'll either need access to your work email account or a photo employee ID card.
Do you have photo identification?

Yes I have photo ID for work. If I could re register that would be great. Do you need info from me to deactivate?
