Ee Perks password reset not working

Just upgraded and need to apply ee perks discount.

 

however my registered password for ee perks is not working

 

and when I try to reset it this is not working either. 

can you help?

just joined the we perks but won’t accept my password and rest link isn’t working either.

I'm also having this issue. I've tried umpteen times, checked spam/junk and still no joy. I still have the original email sent to my nhs email yet still can't activate my discount. 

I'm running out of time, please anyone 😔

thanks Chris. Yes i registered start of the year and also have used one code for my first contract with EE, that time account was verified. But now trying to login again and facing this issue.

@appudongare When you try to login, what error do you get?

it says The login details supplied are invalid. Also when i try to reset password, never receive any email. I am sure i am using correct email id.
