Early upgrade offer

Hi there I received an sms offering an early upgrade with no early upgrade fee.....

After clicking the link and selecting the phone etc I see there is still an early  upgrade fee?

See attached screenshot of the sms clearly states no fees.

Thanks for your advice but I'll just wait for the full term.

Sent "up" to 150 and now it says I have to take a more expensive plan to qualify for no early upgrade fees.

Maybe its no Upgrade fee if you agree to 36 months as per screenshot? Did you change the length of the contract to 12/24 months on the site whilst upgrading?

Tried everything, same result every time.

I'll just wait I think, just not a good look for EE false advertising at best.

Thanks for your help 😀

Hi @Derek15

If you speak with our Mobile Care team, they'll be able to look into this and find out why it's showing the early charges.
