Hi @Slucylocket,

I haven't been able to find records of Pixel Watch offer other than the one that ended in June.

Where did you see the offer?

James

Hi James_B.

Would that be the may promo?   I believe so...   As I found this page looking for advice.   I ordered the pixel 8 Pro expecting to be able to claim a free pixel watch to the value of £339 but I had to do mine over the phone because that  EE app wasn't working right.    Had been showing me incorrect contract prices so by the end of the call I come off the phone and realise that maybe I've been sold a pre-owned handset. So the next day had to call in to make sure I've been sold a new handset and I was getting the watch to find out that I've could of had the 256gb model for pennies more a month than the 128gb model. So that is just another failure off to inform customer correctly of plans and deals, Which is frowned upon by ofcom and has doled out fines on EE in the past for.  And a reason for the civil lawsuit against the major network pending now.

But this week I received my watch to find it's its a pixel 1 watch that is valued at £229 approx.   Not the value of the watch advertised in the screen shot I took on EE

So I've been tricked into taking on the contract with the watch that wasn't what it was supposed to be.  And not been given the best dealon a hanset that was available, and too add insult to injury my SIM plan for this pixel 8 pro has been sold with 100 MB per second speed cap. Yet the tablet I ordered at the same time has got a 4G plan with unlimited data speed. No logic to what have been sold. Complete farce!  And a prime example of of why there is a civil lawsuit pending against all the major phone networks.

So could you advise am I wasting my time in expecting EE to rectify this and satisfy this customer and correct their mistakes or should I just take this up with as an extra complaint that citizen advice and add to their civil lawsuit?
