EE perks log in not working saying it is invalid

I am trying to revalidate my EE perks from an email I was sent on Sunday.

i reset my password and re validated my work email but the link never arrived. I tried to log into EE Perks again and it says the log in details supplied are invalid. I have tried to rest the password but the link is not appearing in my email even checking the junk/spam. 

i have spent nearly 2 hours on the phone to EE speaking to 3 different people from different departments and have been advised to post here for help which isn’t very helpful at all.

I work for the NHS and have a valid work email address that is in use & have 4 perks available to use I’m not able to get access to gift one of these to my family & they only have 30 days till add this to there contract before they have to pay the full price.

i would appreciate any help. I have tried everything I can think of and even phoned EE for support.

 

I have noticed this is a common issue on here but each outcome seems to have been private messaged so I’m unable to figure out what else I can do without creating another thread myself.

Welcome to the community. 

I'd recommend giving us a call and speaking with our customer care team. 

The team have access to a webform that can be sent to our EE Perks team. 

Alternatively, I can email them, but this may take longer. If you would like me to do that, please send me your mobile number and the email address that you registered originally.
