The EU roaming add-on does not have an expiry date. You have to cancel it yourself.

Hi @Apache7

Thanks for coming here.

What date is showing as the end date for the add-on?

Is this after the last bill was produced?

Leanne 🙂

Yeah, you have to turn the add-on back off if you don't want to be charged again, personally, I think it should be automatic

ProTip: Lycamobile now run off EE, So great speed for £5 a month on a 30 day rolling contract. there's no wifi calling/5G calling or Visual Voicemail (I don't think)

@Kirigaya_Kazuto  If it turned off automatically and your was still abroad when your billing cycle starts again you might no be aware of that so you’ll be charged the daily rate and that could cost more.     That would then cause more complaints.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

No, I meant turn off automatically when it senses it is back on the UK network
