I am trying to register to get my 20% nhs discount on my phone contract bill. I have uploaded a photo of my work badge. I was then sent an email to verify my account and complete registration but password not being accepted. I have tried resetting my password and again not accepted. Can somone help? Is this a common problem?

@mcauleyl If you’ve had this contact for over 30 days then unfortunately the discount can not be applied. If you’ve under 30 days you need to call to have the discount applied, you can not apply it yourself unless you are in the process of upgrading.

Thanks for coming here.
if you have the perk code and have upgraded or set up a new contract in the last 30 days, you would need to call us on 150 to get the code added.
