250 ROW mins

Hello All, 

I’ve been trying to add this 250 ROW mins and text to my account but I can’t seem to add it on. It says reply to 150 with 250ROW to add on or call 150 but no one is able to add it on. Even via the app. My other friends have been able to but not me. I need help.

Are you on contract or PAYG?

If you're on contract the codeword to text to 150 is 250INTL2. That add-on is called The International Extra add-on.

I’m on contract and I believe it’s not that one as it doesn’t include the countries I want to call. When I text Call and the country I want to call to 150 it gave me that option which was:

250 UK to ROW mins & SMS Add-on is the best recurring add-on to call Ghana.

You're right! The International add-ons do not include those countries & are also more expensive.

I can find no documentation for this 250 ROW add-on & the CALLING ABROAD FROM THE UK look-up comes up blank for those countries, altho' it is capable finding the International add-ons for their valid countries like Bermuda.

That seems straightforward enough. Wonder why you can't get it & it's not linked from anywhere. Perhaps it's been withdrawn w/out telling anyone.
