Unable to change my inclusive extra

Bermondseyboy

I’m unable to change my inclusive extra due to ‘a technical problem’ no further info is available though

I don’t really want to be paying as it’s part of my already included contract.

Hi.
I’ve been with EE since they were known as Orange. My mobile contracted ended today and my SIM only contract takes over. I haven’t been sent a new SIM card though. I received a text from EE this morning to choose my inclusive extra, and Apple Music was listed. So I picked it and confirmed with a ‘YES’ and now there’s a problem. When I go into my account on the app Apple Music isn’t even listed as an inclusive extra. The only reason a picked this SIM deal was so I could have Apple Music. I don’t want to pay extra for it either.

Hi @Knotshed

Can you log into the My EE app and select add-ons, does Apple Music show?

Did you receive a reply after texting YES?

Leanne.

Hi Leanne

the reply from texting ‘Yes’ was ‘Sorry we were unable to complete your request. Please try again later or if you continue to receive this message call us on 150.’

Apple Music is shown on my EE account as being an inclusive extra but when I click on ‘Joined through EE?’ In the Apple Music app it says ‘No subscription through EE.’

I have rebooted my phone and logged in and out of my Apple account on my phone but it still does not work.

Hi Leann

All resolved now.

Thank you.
