Hi
Trying to use EE perks code generated for a family member and it keeps saying code invalid. Tried 2 now and still not working.

Welcome to the community.
If it is coming up as invalid, it would usually be that the selected plan is not eligible.
Do you know which plan they were trying to choose?

Hi I’m having the exact same problem I’ve tried to request a new code and now it is saying my password is invalid. Tried to rest it and it says an email has been sent but I’m not getting the emails. I’m checking my junk mail as well

Have you been able to login recently or has it been awhile since you last logged in? Is it this link you are using Forgot Password | EE to reset the perk account password? Have you tried requesting the password reset via another browser to see if it comes through ok?

I managed to login Thursday and had to revalidate then it wouldn’t let me log in at all to revalidate my account. I have tried with that link and on different devices nothing is working.

@Helzabellz When you say it asked you to re-validate what do you mean exactly, was it asking to send a validation e-mail to your work e-mail address?
What does it say when you try and register a new perk account using your details?

It asked me to validate my work address. When I try and create a new account it tells me I already have an account. I am due to upgrade so I want to get it sorted

I think the best thing to do at this stage is to contact us directly. From there, our team can send a web form to the Perk team on your behalf to help regain access to your Perk account.
