As like many other ls who have access to EE perks I cannot generate a code. It says Unable to Retrieve Code at this current time. I work for the NHS and have previously accessed a code. I have tried logging in and out like suggested to others. Surprisingly this did nothing.
I don’t think this is an issue to take to whoever my representative is as many others are having the same issue. Please can someone advise how to resolve this.

Are you connected to a VPN when you're trying to access the codes? Could you try when not connected to a VPN please?

I’ve tried with and without a VPN connection. Neither work.
