Hi. I ha e had my EE perks discount for over 2 years now. When I logged in it said I need to revalidate it. I do e this by using the same employee card I have and the same details as before. It now say you will validate it in 48 hours. Well that was over 2 weeks ago and still no change. I want to upgrade my daughters tariff but can't log in to get a code.
Can you help please get it validated.

I'd suggest contacting EE customer service directly since it's been over two weeks with no update. They should be able to help get it validated so you can upgrade your daughter's tariff.
