Hi please help, my EE perks account says it is deactivated please can you assist

I have the same problem, when trying to log into my account it says it was deactivated due to it not being verified in the timescale, please could you help.

Hi Leanne I have just been on the phone to EE for my upgrade today & my friends at work who also work for NHS told me to mention my work discount & I have went on to get a great deal and when I went to verify it is saying ACCOUNT DEACTIVATED  - your account has been deactivated as your registration was not completed within the allowed time frame. 
can you please help me fix this for me or help ? Thank you fee 

Hi Leanne, thank you for your help in reactivating my perks account. The issue I'm having now is when I am trying to upgtade my phone online it isn't allowing me to input my perks code in order to take my 20% discount off? Could you please advise? Many thanks
